First of all a main need analysis will be conducted to know and better understand problems that the women meet to get integrated in the local context, focusing on job research.

On 9th March a “Job Desk” has been launched: here users will receive an orientation to the child care services offered by Palermo Municipality and Per Esempio’s network and an introductive vocational guidance. The users can make use of the support of an HR expert who will follow them in the first steps to access to the work routes (CV editing, dealing with an interview, etc.). The users will be always supported by a mentor who will help them during the job research as well as during the course, and the following job placement. A cultural mediator will facilitate the link between women needs, foreseen activities and public services offered. It will be also organized a beginner language course and a basic computer course (15 hrs each) to go beyond the first obstacles that prevent a real integration process.
The project foresees a constant activity of monitoring and evaluation on expected results. Communication and visibility activities will facilitate the participation of the women to all the activities foreseen. A final video collecting the most important moments of the project, will show to the community the activities that Help Refugees and Per Esempio have implemented together.
