Educating for inclusion

The Includate project aims to promote the development of migrant associations in Europe by generating mutual learning opportunities and supporting public actors in their access to and exchanges with migrant communities.. The objective is to create learning experiences based on direct dialogue between politicy makers and migrant communities to co-develop strategies that promote the social inclusion of people with different backgrounds in the participating localities.

The beneficiaries of the project are migrant associations, people with international backgrounds living in Europe, community workers and municipalities. The project includes activities such as trans-national training on “Happy mapping” and community reporting methods,

local and international events involving debates and exchange of knowledge and multiplier events.

A curriculum for inclusion and diversity and complementary outcomes will be developed in order to disseminate the method and multiply the experience
