Social inclusion

We are aware of how job placement represents a fundamental step for the process of social inclusion but also of people’s empowerment and self-determination; since we founded Per Esempio we have been carrying out work orientation classes and education and training courses, activating internships and apprenticeships with the aim of providing access keys to the labour market and new professions.

Experiential learning, carried out locally and internationally through meetings, exchanges of good practice, guidance and mentoring, is at the heart of every initiative aimed at involving the adolescents, young people and adults at risk of marginalisation to whom we direct our activities. At the same time, through our projects and our network of partners, we work to strengthen communities where people can find their own space for personal growth.
